The Boswelia carteri 1st grade Boswelic Acid Extract Powder is derived from the residue remaining after distilling the Frankincense resin. This residue contains Boswelic Acid, a chemical retained in the biomass as it doesn't evaporate during distillation.
The biomass is dried, then finely ground into a powder, using a special mesh grinder. This premium fine powder has been tested to contain 70% Boswellic Acid.
 It includes beta-boswelic acids, keto-beto Boswellic acids, and notably 3-acety|-11-keto-beta Boswelic acids (AKBA), extracted using an Organic Ethanol Solvent.
This powder was inflused into Jojoba, Rosehip and Castor oils creating a potent anti-inflammatory oil to be used as a spot treatment numerous skin conditions.
